Custom Pop-Top of a 1920’s bungalow in Wash Park. The Basement and Main Floor were completely remodeled while adding a 2nd Story with 3 new bedrooms and 2 new bathrooms.  

This investor flip was completed in North Park Hill. The remodel included totally remodeling the basement and opening the kitchen by rebuilding structural walls.

This investor flip was a full gut of a previously abandoned home. All rooms were taken down to the studs so that the mechanical systems could be upgraded. The garage was converted into a master suite and the living room and kitchen were opened up to make a pleasant great room.
