Newport St. Flip

This investor flip was completed in North Park Hill. The remodel included totally remodeling the basement and opening the kitchen by rebuilding structural walls.

Quivas St. Flip

This investor flip was a full gut of a previously abandoned home. All rooms were taken down to the studs so that the mechanical systems could be upgraded. The garage was converted into a master suite and the living room and kitchen were opened up to make a pleasant great room.

This investor flip was a full gut. All rooms were taken down to the studs so that the mechanical systems could be upgraded. The basement was fully remodeled with new egress windows added.

This custom remodel and mud room addition was a total interior remodel of a Wash Park Bungalow. The home was rearranged to be more open and comfortable. All of the mechanical systems were replaced and a new mud room added on to the back of the house for easier access to the garage and basement. The home features a custom kitchen, stain grade trim and doors throughout, and finish in place oak floors.
